Roof Leak Repairs at 480 Matakana Rd:
Some leaks have caused damage to ceiling linings and there may be rotten timbers. 
Approximately eight different leaks have been observed
Thankfully none are in the new Church area.
Estimated cost $120,000.00 this area (west hospitality section).

Barrel Room Hall Roof Truss Repairs at 480 Matakana Rd:
The large Barrel Room has structural truss failure.
An Engineer inspected it and advised we should keep people out.
We have temporaily propped the trusses so it doesn't collapse but the area remains "out of bounds"
Until this is repaired we won't be able to use this area but the rest of the buildings are unaffected.
Estimated cost $150,000.00.

- If you normally pay via the envelope system then please quote your envelope number
The property and new Church building are able to be used for every day Parish activities but the above maintenance will need to be addressed.
