The Priest's Collection -

Food and presbytery housekeeping expenses
Priest’s monthly personal allowance
Holiday allowance
15% of the total Priest’s Collection for the support of the Bishop

†   THE SECOND COLLECTION:


This Collection is for the maintenance and upkeep of the parish as well as the wider needs of the Diocese, National and Universal Church. The second Collection income is banked into the Parish Account


†   IF ONLY ONE COLLECTION IS MADE:


This is divided into thirds:

  1. One third goes to the Parish House account - treated as the 1st Collection &
  2. Two thirds goes to the Parish General account- treated as the 2nd Collection
